The birthday flowers were delivered at 9:40 pm. The delivery person called prior, at 9:10 pm, and the recipient requested they deliver the following day only to be told NO, they will be delivered tonight! It may have been forgiven if the flowers were in good shape, which they were not. They appeared to be frost bitten. Awful experience for the recipient. $100 incl tips for the florist and deliverer…never again.
I ordered a special Birthday Bouquet for my friend. When my friend sent a picture of the bouquet she received it looked even more BEAUTIFUL than the example on the website. I was very happy with the result. I will definitely order from them again.
They would have been nice I believe, but they were left on the doorstep for two days. My original order could not be met, so talking to the florist I agreed on another sympathy bouquet to be delivered the next day. In my comments I had stated to call before delivery to make sure someone could receive the flowers. Unfortunately they did not call before delivering and the recipient’s were out of town. When they got home the flowers were wilted and turning brown. This is not something that I would expect ever but especially a bouquet to express our condolences.. I will not order from Windsor Flowers in the future!
